Value stream mapping of business process as the basis of integrated assessment of strategic and operational enterprise performance

Abstract
Value stream mapping of business processes is the best form of presenting value stream of business processes and the easiest way to identify business problems during their operational execution and fnding the tools and techniques for their solution. Value stream map is the best instrument for identifying and understanding existing business processes, searching for potential ways of their improvement and research for new business processes advanced by all levels of management to the executive teams. It also represents the indispensable information basis for integrated assessment of strategic and operational performances of business processes and enterprise as a whole.
