VAPOR-LIQUID EQUILIBRIUM DATA FOR BINARY SYSTEM OF [2-METHOXYETHANOL + H2O] AT 100 KPA
Journal Title: Topics in Chemical & Material Engineering (TCME) - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for binary system of [2-Methoxyethanol + H2O] was measured which using CE-1 equilibrium cell at 100 kPa. The thermodynamic consistency of the experimental data was tested with the Herington method and passed. Then the experimental data were correlated using the nonrandom two-liquid (NRTL) and Wilson activity coefficient models, and the more precise interaction parameters were obtained
