Varied Presentations and Management of Symptomatic Meckel’s Diverticulum

Abstract
Meckel’s diverticulum is a true diverticulum arising from the antimesenteric border of the distal ileum. It is a remnant of vitellointestinal duct present. Majority of the population with Meckel’s diverticulum are asymptomatic, with diverticulum being an incidental finding during laparoscopy/laparotomy.
