ВЕРИФИКАЦИЯ И КОРРЕКЦИЯ ПЕЧЕНОЧНОЙ ЭНЦЕФАЛОПАТИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ОСТРЫМ ПАНКРЕАТИТОМ

Abstract
Acute pancreatitis (AP) remains one of the most pressing issues in modern emergency abdominal surgery. Hepatic failure significantly worsens the results of treatment and is the direct cause of death in 40% of cases of acute acute pancreatitis. In patients with AP, early diagnosis should include the detection of hepatic encephalopathy (HE) at the latent stage for timely correction of liver failure. Using a neurophysiological test of the critical frequency of flicker fusion (CFF), 49 patients with acute pancreatitis hospitalized in the first 24 hours after the onset of the disease were examined with the HEPAtonorm-Analyzer device with the criteria for moderately severe and severe AP. The indicators were compared with the indicators of the regional norm group. Confidence in the method of determining CFF at various stages of patient monitoring was confirmed. The method for the determination of CFF is effective for the verification of latent hepatic encephalopathy and in patients with acute pancreatitis. The timely correction of the latent HE phenomena against the background of the use of L-ornithine-L-aspartate from the first day of the disease was achieved, the treatment results were improved due to a more rapid correction of metabolic disturbances and the manifestation of endogenous intoxication.
