Views on Smart Cities - 100 over The next five years

Abstract
When I heard the term SMART City for the first time, I started wondering “What would the Smart City be like?” I used the term- “Smart” to define the Personality of a person, who was well educated, well behaved, well dressed and well mannered. Then I heard the term “Smart Phone” which is nowadays easily available in the market and which has a number of features besides making and receiving calls, one can use it for SMS, Emails, Calendars, Watch, Camera and a lot more.
