Використання інноваційних технологій у процесі виховної роботи педагогічного коледжу

Abstract
У статті розглянуто проблему застосування інновацій у процесі виховної роботи у підготовці майбутніх вчителів до інноваційної професійної діяльності; проаналізовано тенденції розвитку інноваційної діяльності педагогічного коледжу; визначено дефініції «інновація», «інноваційна діяльність»; окреслено основні завдання інноваційної роботи; описано досвід виховної роботи з використанням інновацій у педагогічному коледжі; аналізується впровадження інноваційних технологій у виховний процес як одне з найважливіших питань, які сьогодні розглядаються в освіті, прослідковано позицію педагога у процесі використання нововведень, оскільки суб’єктивний чинник є вирішальним під час упровадження і поширення інновацій.
