Використання інструментів управлінського обліку для аналізу, контролю та оперативного регулювання діяльності торговельного підприємства у зовнішньоекономічній діяльності

Abstract
Метою статті є обґрунтування комплексного підходу до використання інструментів управлінського обліку для аналізу, контролю та оперативного регулювання діяльності торговельного підприємства у зовнішньоекономічній діяльності. З’ясовано, що за допомогою системи управлінського обліку реалізується функція управління зовнішньоекономічної діяльності торговельних підприємств, яка полягає у плануванні доходів, а також складанні бюджетів витрат від такої діяльності. Для досягнення означеної мети проаналізовано динаміку і структуру доходів, витрат та фінансових результатів від зовнішньоекономічної діяльності торговельного підприємства України. Це дало змогу розглянути взаємозв’язок бюджетування та аналізу, для визначення їхнього впливу на прийняття управлінських рішень під час здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності торговельними підприємствами України. Виявлено, що застосування структурно-динамічного, факторного та індексного підходів до аналізу фінансових результатів, у процесі здійснення контролю на торговельних підприємствах, є ефективним. Надано рекомендації для удосконалення норм стійкого зростання прибутковості торговельного підприємства.
