Abstract
S. Mishchenko. The use of world experience in creating new jobs in modern conditions. The situation in the labor market of Ukraine is investigated, the problems of labor supply and demand are investigated. Priority directions of the state policy of employment of foreign countries are characterized. The modern tendencies of creation of new workplaces are investigated and motivators of creation of new workplaces are defined. The urgency of forming the mechanism of state regulation of the labor market through the creation of industrial parks as a tool for solving the employment problem is determined. The existing measures to stimulate the creation of jobs in the territories of industrial parks are justified.
