VIOLATION OF THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE SOCIAL BENEFITS, WHICH BELONGEDTO THE TESTATOR (ANALYSIS OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE)

Abstract
In the article on the basis of judicial practice and scientific studies analyzed the problem of violations of the law during the exercise of the right to receive the amounts of salaries, pensions, stipends, alimony, and other social benefits, which belonged to the testator. Indicate in violation of specific provisions of the existing legislation on inheritance benefits and provides suggestions for their elimination. Attention is being argued that, to some extent, the proposed breach caused by the imperfection of the current legislation.
