VIRTUAL MODEL OF A ROLLER CONVEYOR INTEGRATED INTO A LOGISTIC FLOW
Journal Title: Journal of Industrial Design and Engineering Graphics - Year 2015, Vol 10, Issue 2
Abstract
In this article is presented, with the help of graphics, a logistic flow for palletizing and wrapping operations. The loaded pallets are transported by means of a roller conveyor. Creating the virtual model for the conveyer allows us to emphasize the compatibility elements between on the one hand the mechanical assemblies of the flow components and on the other hand the subassemblies of the conveyer structure. The paper has focused on the presentation of the conveyor specific assembly and how are placed the sensors on the mechanical structure of the conveyor. Finally, the main working phases are graphically presented within the flow, highlighting the loaded pallet positions in the flow.

THE MEANING OF PICTOGRAMS IN A GRAPHIC AND VISUAL LANGUAGE
In this paper we have analysed the significance of (discussed about what represents) a pictogramas a graphic representation over the boundaries of any language. For a pictorial language, it is necessaryto have very good...
CONSTRUCTIONAL-FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS AND GRAPHIC DESIGN OF ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC VALVE DISTRIBUTOR
Among the machines which distribute fluid discharge in hydrostatic installations, valve distributors are the most important and differ in terms of a series of criteria related to the number of grooves, the distribution s...
AN APPLIED METHOD TO SOLVE SOME TANGENT PROBLEMS
In descriptive geometry tangent problems are solved by using specific methods such as: changing the projection plans method or the rotation method. In some cases, solving such problems is not quite facile, for it involve...
ANALYSIS OF STRESS STATE AND INERTIAL PROPERTIES OF A PENDULUM USED FOR CHARPY IMPACT TEST ON PLASTICS
The laboratory equipment used for testing the impact behavior of plastics uses low impact energies. In the last years were developed constructive solutions of monobloc pendulums, in order to ensure design and manufacturi...
UNFOLDING METHODS OF THE CYLINDRICAL SURFACES
The aim of this paper is to make a comparison between the classical methods of the descriptive geometry and mathematical methods, for obtain the unfolding of cylinders. We establish the intersection curves between cylind...
