VIRTUAL REALITY OF NATIONAL INFORMATIVE-INNOVATIVE SPACE

Abstract
The latest information and innovative infrastructure on the Internet are investigated and its important role in the development of an innovative type of economy in Ukraine is defined in the article. This infrastructure includes hackathons, blogs of innovators, virtual business incubators, Internet portals, local information funds, virtual cadre agencies, virtual innovation hubs. The author’s vision of institutionalization of the electronic innovative business platform of Ukraine is proposed. The authors suggested that today one of the tools that can quickly and efficiently initiate the perception and search of innovations for small and large business structures is the creation of on-line communities for the search and exchange of technologies. The possibilities of innovative self-identification of the Ukrainian economy in the innovative global space and their interrelations within the Framework Program of the EU for Research and Innovations are revealed. Examples of successful innovative design projects and products in the field of agriculture, rocket and space industry of Ukraine, which form the «innovative portrait» of the country, are presented. It is argued that the activity of the electronic innovative business platform has all chances to influence the growth of the share of foreign financing of scientific research in Ukraine and the creation of research units of TNCs in regions favorable for innovation activity.
