Virtual Test Bench of Vehicle Transmission System Based on SimulationX
Journal Title: 河南科技大学学报(自然科学版) - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 2
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high cost, complex construction process and long development period in the traditional vehicle transmission system test bench, the virtual test bench of vehicle transmission system was carried out based on Simulation X. Taking the tractor hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission( HMCVT) as the test object, combined with the tractor working characteristics, the models of engine and HMCVT system were established. The virtual measurement and control system of the test bench was designed. The transmission speed ratio was continuously changed from H1 to HM3 as an example, the simulation was carried out on the test bench. The research results show that the simulation results coincide with that of experiment, and the proposed scheme is feasible, which can provide a virtual test platform for the development and improvement of the vehicle transmission system.

Design Methodology of Steering Mechanism on Balance-arm Suspension Vehicle
To solve the problem that steering trapezoidal mechanism cannot be arranged at the vehicles with balance-arm suspension, a mechanical steering transmission scheme composed of spatial linkage mechanism was proposed. The an...
Solutions to a Class of Disturbed Quasilinear Schrödinger Equations without Compactness
The existence of ground state solutions for a class of quasilinear Schrödinger equations with disturbance term was studied through Nehari manifold method. Firstly, it was proved that the Nehari manifold corresponding to...
Reduction Roasting Test of Garnierite Laterite Ore by Methane
A low-grade garnierite laterite ore composed of 0. 82% Ni and 9. 67% Fe was studied through roasting-magnetic process under the condition of methane atmosphere. The methane was proved to be decomposed to carbon and hydro...
Design of Test Scheme for Effect of Gasoline on Automobiles Acceteration Performance
Based on chassis dynamometer, a test scheme was designed to evaluate the acceleration performance of automobiles by using different types of gasoline. The test scheme not only involved chassis dynamometer and electronic...
