Vitamin B 12 Eksikliğine Bağlı MRG'de Posterior Spinal Kordun Yaygın Tutulumu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Literatürde, vitaminB12 (VitB12) eksikliği ve miyelopatisi olan hastalarda spinal kordun manyetik rezonans görüntülemesinde (MRG) çoğunlukla servikal ve/veya torakal etkilenme olduğu bildirilmiştir. Ancak, bunların hiçbirinde spinal kord yaygın bir şekilde etkilenmemiştir. Bu çalışmada, posterior spinal kordda alt servikal bölgeden konus medullarise kadar yaygın tutulumu olan ve VitB12 eksikliği tanısı konan 71 yaşında erkek olguyu sunduk.
