Вивчення якості життя та тривожності у хворих на міастенію (клініко-параклінічні співставлення)

Abstract
<p>У статті представлено результати дослідження тривожності та якості життя у 96 хворих на міастенію в залежності від імунологічного типу, тривалості та клінічної форми захворювання. Встановлено, що показники якості життя хворих на міастенію залежать від тяжкості перебігу захворювання та не залежать від імунологічного підтипу хвороби. Розвиток та ступінь тривожних порушень не залежить від імунологічного типу міастенії. Найвищі показники якості життя відзначаються у хворих з очною формою міастенії, а підвищений рівень ситуаційної тривожності достовірно знижує показники якості життя<em></em></p>
