Визначення кількісного вмісту флавоноїдів в комплексі поліфенольних сполук з трави десмодіуму канадського сорту Persei

Abstract
<p>Десмодіум канадський – рослина, яка культивується в Україні, зокрема в Полтавській області вирощують сорт Persei. Оскільки поширеність захворювань спричинених вірусом герпесу на даний час досить велика і спостерігається тенденція росту чисельності хворих, то є актуальним пошук нових перспективних джерел з вираженою противірусною активністю.</p><p>Відомо, що десмодіум канадський проявляє противірусну дію. Тому нами був попередньо одержаний комплекс поліфенольних сполук з трави десмодіуму канадського сорту Persei.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Метою</strong> нашої роботи було визначення кількісного вмісту суми флавоноїдів в комплексі поліфенольних сполук з трави десмодіуму канадського сорту Persei.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Методи дослідження</strong>. Аналіз кількісного вмісту флавоноїдів в досліджуваному комплексі поліфенольних сполук проводився методом спектрофотометрії.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Результати дослідження</strong>. В результаті проведеного дослідження було визначено кількісний вміст суми флавоноїдів в перерахунку на рутин та суху речовину в комплексі поліфенольних сполук, одержаного з трави десмодіуму канадського сорту Persei. Вміст флавоноїдів в досліджуваному комплексі повинен бути не менше 30 %.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Висновки</strong>. Результати дослідження використанні при розробці методів контролю якості комплексу поліфенольних сполук з трави десмодіуму канадського сорту Persei<strong><em></em></strong></p>
