ВЛИЯНИЕ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ НА РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ПОЧЕК И ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ВРОЖДЕННЫХ ПОРОКОВ РАЗВИТИЯ МОЧЕВЫДЕЛИТЕЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ У ДЕТЕЙ

Abstract
The number of 31 children with developmental anomalies of the urinary system (DAUS) aged from 1 to 17 years were examined in order to study the effect of environmental factors on the formation of congenital malformations (CM) and anomalies of the urinary system (DAUS) in the prenatal period. The influence of negative factors of the environment on the formation of the CM and DAUS was established. Violation by a secondary microbial-inflammatory process leads to an earlier formation of chronic renal failure (CRF). It is recommended to use screening programs for active detection of CM and CRF with the purpose of timely appointment of renoprotective therapy.
