ВЛИЯНИЕ ГРАДОСТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ УСЛОВИЙ НА АРХИТЕКТУРНО-ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННУЮ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЮ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПАРКОВ

Abstract
The article reviews the issues of mutual influence in the formation of urban structures and technological parks - complexes associated with modern innovative production. It is noted that the emergence of technology parks is the result of the transition from mass industrial production to science intensive. The two types of technology parks are highlighted - located outside the city and in the city structure, the peculiarities of their architectural organization are revealed, that are depending on the town-planning conditions. The architectural features of suburban technology parks are determined - low-rise buildings, low building density, extensive landscaped and comfortable spaces, comfortable conditions for research and production; determined features of urban technology parks - innovative districts - high-rise and high-density housing, close integration of innovation process objects, proximity to the social objects of the city, favorable environment for formal and informal business contacts. It was revealed that the features of the architectural and spatial organization of technology parks are characterized by different formation in a vacant territory or in the territories of eliminated historical industrial enterprises. The appearance of such town-planning objects changes the existing typological division of urban areas according to their functional purpose into residential, industrial and causes the emergence of a new type – mixed-used territories.
