ВЛИЯНИЕ МЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ НА КЛИНИЧЕСКОЕ И ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ БОЛЬНЫХ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ И СОХРАНЕННОЙ ФРАКЦИЕЙ ВЫБРОСА

Abstract
35 pts with coronary heart disease and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction were enrolled. Adding meldonium to standard therapy at a daily dose of 1000 mg results in an additional positive clinical effect to patient complaints and exercise tolerance. The appointment of meldonium at a daily dose of 1000 mg contributes to the reduction of anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. During the treatment with the drug in this dose showed good tolerability and safety in its course use in this category of patients.
