Влияние низкой температуры на содержание белка и активность пероксидазы при инокуляции гороха Rhizobium leguminosarum

Abstract
Изучали изменение в содержании белка и активности пероксидазы в корнях гороха при воздействии инфицирования Rhizobium leguminosarum и низкой температуры. Показано, что количество белка и активность пероксидазы меняются в процессе взаимодействия с клубеньковыми бактериями и зависят от температуры и восприимчивости зон корня к ризобиям. Сделан вывод, что изменения в содержании растворимого белка и активности пероксидазы свидетельствуют об адаптационных изменениях в проростках гороха, что способствует нормальному ходу метаболических процессов и обеспечивает регуляцию взаимодействия растений с Rhizobium при гипотермии
