Abstract
В монографии рассмотрены различные аспекты одного из наиболее тяжелых и опасных проявлений широкого спектра побочного действия антипсихотических препаратов — кардиотоксичности. В первой части книги представлены обширные данные литературы, касающиеся проявлений кардиотоксичности на всех уровнях организации сердца — молекулярно–клеточном, тканевом, органном. Вторая часть посвящена многочисленным клиническим проявлениям кардиотоксического эффекта антипсихотиков. Изложенные материалы основываются на большом числе литературных источников, список которых насчитывает свыше 3300 наименований. В третьей части обобщены собственные исследования автора по различным аспектам этой проблемы. Книга предназначена для широкого круга специалистов, использующих в своей лечебной практике антипсихотические препараты, для научных работников, занимающихся вопросами психофармакологии, для преподавателей и студентов медицинских вузов.
