volumetric and viscometric studies of Sucrose in Aqueous Medium,5%&10% Ethanol- Water Medium at 313.15 K with different concentration.
Journal Title: IOSR Journal of Applied Chemistry (IOSR-JAC) - Year 2018, Vol 11, Issue 9
Abstract
Density and viscosity studies of sucrose in aqueous medium and in non aqououes 5% ,10 % ethanol -water medium were measured at 313.15 K. The concentration ranges were 0.1-0.9 M. The results obtained from volumetric and viscometric studies measurement have been utilized to calculate the Falkenhagen coefficient A and Jones-Dole coefficient B. Each data are interpreted in the light of solute-solvent and solutesolute interactions.

Equilibrium isotherm studies for the sorption of hexavalent chromium (VI) onto groundnut shell
Groundnut shells, a low-cost agricultural waste material were used without any physical or chemical modification as an alternative and cheap adsorbent for the removal of Cr (VI) ion from aqueous solution. The aqueous sol...
A Computational Investigation of a Series Ofdimeric and Trimetric Tetrathiafulvalenes Using DFT Method
In this perspective article, density functional theory (DFT) calculations are used to investigate themolecular stability and bond strengths of dimeric and trimeric tetrathiafulvalenes 1-4 by applying the natural bond orb...
Determination of Olanzapine with DDQ by charge transfer complexaction using UV spectrophotometric method
The simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of Olanzapine reacts with 1ml of DDQ (2, 3 –dichloro -5, 6-dicylano-1, 4-benzoquinone) by charge –transfer complex method. In this method the drug...
Review of the Schrödinger Wave Equation
The objective of this work is to investigate the Schrödinger equation, analyzing the mathematical concepts employed and relating them to other areas of knowledge. In quantum mechanics, the Schrödinger equation is a parti...
Bonding Of Trifluoroacetic Acid with Cellulose
An unusual inverse temperature-dependent pathway was discovered for cellulose decrystallization in trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). Cellulose was completely decrystallized by TFA at 0 °C in less than 2 hours, a result not ach...
