Вплив податкової політики влади Галичини середини ХІХ – початку ХХ століття на мисливське та рибальське господарство

Abstract
Органи державної влади Галичини для впорядкування організації мисливського та рибальського господарства видали низку нормативно-правових актів, якими врегульовувалося оподаткування. У статті висвітлено рівень оподаткування продукції мисливства та рибальства при реалізації дичини та риби, оподаткування права полювання та рибальства, оподаткування мисливських видів собак. Проведено історичний аналіз оподаткування продукції мисливства та рибальства Галичини, починаючи з ХV ст. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз податків на мисливських та свійських тварин. Проаналізовано правозастосування органів державного управління Галичини у частині виконання вимог законодавства щодо податків. Проілюстровано вплив Галицького мисливського товариства, політичних інституцій на величину оподаткування та на практику правозастосування
