Вплив професійного розвитку на якість людського капіталу в контексті становлення інноваційної моделі національної економіки

Abstract
В статті проаналізовано вплив професійного розвитку працівників на якість людського капіталу. Досліджено стан та тенденції професійного розвитку працівників в Україні у територіальному розрізі. За допомогою регресійного аналізу встановлено залежність соціально-економічних факторів (заробітної плати, рівня освіти працівників, кількості працівників, кількості інноваційно-активних підприємств) з професійним розвитком працівників в умовах переходу до інноваційної моделі національної економіки.
