Abstract
The complexity of the physico-mechanical properties of the behavior of granular materials lead to fully rigorous equation of their motion, like the equations of motion of liquids and gases, has so far not been formulated, at least in a way that would be considered generally accepted. Therefore, an experimental study of the processes and apparatus for their processing in many cases remains the only reliable basis of methods of their calculation and design. Therefore, the aim of this work is the question of modeling the process of segregation of powders of stainless steel and saponite under vibration loading using methods stereologic analysis. The work considers the class of stochastic simulation models. The survey identified a variety of evaluation parameters and constructed symmetric composite rotatable unformly second order. A computer program was developed. By means of modern information technologies solved the actual problem of automation of process of construction and analysis of mathematical models on the basis of experimental data.
