Abstract
Статтю присвячено висвітленню проблемних аспектів взаємодії і координації діяльності територіальних органів митного спрямування Державної фіскальної служби України з боку місце- вих державних адміністрацій та органів місцевого самоврядування. На підставі аналізу положень законодавства України з питань державної митної справи розкрито основні аспекти сприяння діяльності територіальних органів митного спрямування Державної фіскальної служби України, координації і взаємодії територіальних органів митного спрямування Державної фіскальної служби України з місцевими державними адміністраціями та органами місцевого самоврядування.
