Abstract
Skutkiem ujawnienia się wad projektowych w procesie budowlanym, oprócz nieterminowego wykonania inwestycji, potencjalnej konieczności wykonania prac dodatkowych i uiszczenia dodatkowego wynagrodzenia wykonawcy, może być również dochodzenie roszczeń ze strony wykonawcy o odszkodowanie za szkody, jakie poniósł na skutek ujawnienia się wad projektowych i konsekwencji z tym związanych.<br/><br/>
