WARUNKI SZKOLENIA TAKTYCZNEGO W PODODDZIALE

Abstract
W świetle zachodzących zmian w organizacji szkolenia, jak zniesienie poboru i uzawodowienie pododdziałów oraz dalsze ograniczenia wynikające z dotykającego nas kryzysu, powodują potrzebę określenia warunków szkolenia taktycznego pododdziału. Wyodrębnienie problemów, z jakimi borykają się dowódcy pododdziałów podczas realizacji szkolenia, pozwoli na określenie, jakich i gdzie należy dokonać zmian, aby po zakończeniu okresu przejściowego przystąpić do jak najefektowniejszych realizacji zadań przez zawodowe pododdziały. Dla określenia warunków realizacji szkolenia taktycznego przeprowadzono ankietę wśród oficerów młodszych, będących dowódcami szczebla kompanii posiadających duże doświadczenie w tym zakresie. Pytania zawarte w ankiecie dotyczyły przygotowania dowódców do organizacji i prowadzenia szkolenia taktycznego. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na sformułowanie wniosków, których uwzględnienie ułatwi osiągnięcie zakładanych celów w procesie realizacji szkolenia taktycznego.
