Waste management in the oil and gas industry in the light of the new legal regulations

Abstract
This article briefly presents binding legal acts on management and procedures for waste from the extractive industry. Moreover, the article presents the most important changes from the amendment to the act on waste from the extractive industry, and areas which require appropriate legal regulations in terms of management of waste from exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons.
