WAYS AND FORMATION CONDITIONS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF MARITIME TRANSPORT to extreme situations PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the main ways to improve the training of future specialists of maritime transport and provided effective formation, which is an important component of improving the academic preparation of modern specialists in maritime education. Determined that the urgent task of education Ukraine that training of specialists maritime transport is the development, implementation and improvement of new educational programs of training of seafarers in accordance with the current (updated) requirements of the International STCW Convention. Shaping a high level of psychological readiness specialist maritime transport to extreme situations is challenging training. The concept of psychological readiness for professional activities considered in the context of psychological readiness to work as a kind of synthesis of psychological phenomena and concepts at different levels of development professionals. Psychological readiness of developing on the basis of mastering general and professional knowledge, skills formation and skills, improving existing professionally important personal qualities. Formation of psychological readiness future specialist maritime transport to extreme situations of professional activity in the context of these provisions psychological and educational science can be achieved through improved psychological competency component of educational programs, training of future seafarers in accordance with international STCW Convention. The results of theoretical studies have shown that high levels of psychological readiness future specialist maritime transport to extreme situations of professional activities provide a set of external and internal psychological and pedagogical conditions that determine the efficiency of its training at universities. Prospects for further research is to develop a program of formation of psychological readiness of the future experts of maritime transport to extreme situations of professional activity and experimental verification of its effectiveness.
