WAYS OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF FUNCTIONING AND LABOR MOTIVATION ON ENTERPRISES OF THE SANATORIUM-RESORT COMPLEX

Abstract
The article shows directions of effective functioning and development of enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex. The effective system of motivation and its components have been considered. In addition, motivational costs at the number of enterprises of the sanatorium-resort complex of Ukraine forecast. The dynamics of general and additional wage funds have been described. The parameters of efficiency and tools of labor motivation management at the enterprises of the sanatorium-resort complex have been determined. Such functional spheres of efficiency as economical, production, financial, intellectual, social, technological, investment-innovative and interfacing have been considered. The issue of internal motivation have been described. The recommendations are given to improve the motivational climate of sanatorium-resort enterprises.
