Ways of Objectivization of Tooth Decay Prognostication in Children

Abstract

The article deals with the results of the studying the ways of objectivization of estimation of the structural and functional acid resistance of tooth enamel in children under 12 years on the basis of enamel resistance test, which had been carried out to predict the development of caries. The high predictive value of objective measure of the structural and functional acid resistance of enamel, which was determined by computer analysis of digital images, had been proved.
