Abstract
There is no doubt that in today's conditions one of the main factors of the existence of an individual in a society is its security. One of the key factors in this issue is crime prevention. For the complete and comprehensive prevention of crimes, their disclosure and investigation, information about the crime event and those involved in it is of great importance. In modern society, in the conditions of rapid development of technologies, introduction of a unified system of dactyloscopic registration of citizens is considered, which is the key to successful prevention, disclosure and further investigation of crimes.
