WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PERSONAL MOTIVATION SYSTEM AT THE EXAMPLE OF PJSC "ELECTROMASHINE"

Abstract
In this article factors of inefficient system of labor motivation are considered. The essence of the issues of the system of motivation and stimulation of labor is revealed. It is analyzed as in today's market conditions it is especially important to find new ways to increase the socio-economic efficiency of the organization. The ways of improving the quality of work of the personnel, which consist in application of motivational means of influence, are offered.
