Web Page Segmentation for Small Screen Devices Using Tag Path Clustering Approach
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2013, Vol 5, Issue 7
Abstract
The web pages breathing these days are developed to be displayed on a Desktop PCs and so viewing them on mobile web browsers is extremely tough. Since mobile devices have restricted resources, small screen device users need to scroll down and across the complicated sites persistently. To address the problem of resource limitation of small screen devices, a unique methodology of web page segmentation with tag path clustering is proposed, that reduces the memory space demand of the small hand-held devices. For segmenting web pages, both reappearance key patterns detection technique and page layout information are used to provide better segmentation accuracy.

ENERGY EFFICIENT DATA GATHERING SCHEME USING CROSS LAYER CLUSTER APPROACH FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS
Recent advances in wireless communication technology and research in ad hoc wireless networks have made smart sensing a reality. A Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is composed of a number of wireless sensor nodes which fo...
MOEMS Ring Resonators and Waveguides an Optical Approach
WDM networks use high speed MOEMS ring resonators. Due to the substrate loss the regular tuning of the rings is not possible, hence we need a specialized tuning element for the same. As the advantages increases so does t...
Classification of Herbs Plant Diseases via Hierarchical Dynamic Artificial Neural Network after Image Removal using Kernel Regression Framework
When herbs plants has disease, they can display a range of symptoms such as colored spots, or streaks that can occur on the leaves, stems, and seeds of the plant. These visual symptoms continuously change their color, sh...
Face Recognition Technique Using PCA, Wavelet and SVM
We present a method of face recognition in which features are extracted by applying Principal component analysis on wavelet subband. Support vector machine and nearest distance methods are used for classification. Result...
