Abstract
The article presents occupation of chemical technology engineer. It was found that there are no relevant vocational qualification standards in Polish legislation. Available catalogues of vocational tasks were presented and on-line job offers were surveyed. The article presents also summarized information on education of chemical technology engineer with formal education.
