In recent times several poets have added a new dimension to Tripura’s poetry. A special aspect of modern Bengali poetry is women's consciousness. Poetry art is a successful means of self-expression. The words of women are in the pen of women, even in the pen of men, the strange side of women's life can be seen in the Bengali poetry of Tripura. Josna Begum, a young poet from Tripura, has the main themes of her poetry: protest, women's liberation, and women's freedom. That tone is echoed in her poem ‘Tala’. Tripura's famous poet Aparajita Roy's poem is about the struggle of women's life. The language of poet Yogamaya Chakma's poetry is - All the men of the world who are advancing with a wife, are reaching the ultimate limit of progress. Meenakshi Bhattacharya has painted the narrative of women's cries, shame, neglect, and broken dreams in her poetry. Poet Manju Das's poem ‘Swamir bhalobasha’ is a strong protest against masculinity.‘Anya Krishnakali’ by poet Pranati Rishi Das is a poem of female consciousness. Panchali Dev Varman's poetry also talks about women's life. Shiuli Sharma's poem "Shakti" contains women's protests. Deepalika Das talks about the love of women in her poems. She finds her nest in the eyes of the lover. Poet Sandhya Bhowmik in her poem ‘Amar Antaratma Prati’ shows the message of women's liberation in the works of Nazrul, Sukanta, and Rabindranath. Poet Jaya Goala tells the story of a neglected woman in her poem ‘Bakwas’. Poet Kakuli Gangopadhyay in her poem ‘Bhasan’ has presented the tragic story of Behula's life in the context of mythology. Gauri Devavarman in her poem depicts the house that the mountain woman dreams of building with new expectations. Poet Sarita Singh's poem ‘Ami Maitai Nari’ is a protesting female voice, a vivid reflection of the life of struggle. Cryri Mog Chowdhury has expressed the pain of the mother's chest in her poem. In the Bengali poetry of Tripura, the topic of the son-in-law comes around the mother-in-law. Poet Gopa Roy's poem is about the Green Dreams of Women's Life. She wants new hopes to arise in women's hearts. Tripura's Bengali poetry has life; women's life has a history; mother's loving fragrance.
