Women in service company – non-linear estimates

Abstract
Article aims to analyze a women employment in service company sector in polish provinces. Study period includes 17 units of time (from years 1995 to 2011). Article also present estimates the number of hired women in service company by 2015 based on non-linear trend models. This estimates were used to classify which polish province are the best and the worst according to analyzed feature. Issues of the article is very important, therefore stereotypical family model, in which man is responsible for maintain, has been changed. Women more often making a career and have major contribution to the household income. Unfortunately, women are still having a problems in finding a job which is caused by low barriers and bad mentality of employers.
