Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the advocacy problem in the countries of the European Union at the beginning of the 21st century from the point of view of the activity of women lawyers. Gender analysis used in the research process, enables a new way, in the framework of the problem of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, to discover the essence of the legal profession in the context of the feminization of the legal profession.
