Abstract
В культурно-мистецьких процесах України надзвичайно важлива роль належить творчим осо-бистостям, професіоналам, які своєю самовідданою працею виробляють систему світоглядних ціннос-тей – той духовний та моральний фундамент, на якому зростає особистість зі своєю унікальною індивіду-альністю та міцною національною ідентичністю. До таких творчих особистостей-професіоналів із надзвичайно інтенсивною працездатністю і самовіддачею відноситься Світлана Садовенко, наукові й педаго-гічні інтереси якої зосереджені на формуванні й розвитку музично-творчих та вокально-хорових здібностей дітей дошкільного та шкільного віку завдяки репертуарному розмаїттю пісенного дивосвіту української народної та авторської пісні. Це знаходить своє практичне втілення в роботі зі зразковим художнім колективом Театром пісні "Ладоньки", художнім керівником якого вона є, та зі студентською молоддю в Національній академії керів-них кадрів культури і мистецтв на кафедрі естрадного виконавства.
