Work in the context of the reform of public relations

Abstract

Reforming the economy is based on the identification of labour as a factor of production. Wages, according to a utilitarian interpretation of the methodology of classical economic theory is directly dependent on the price realized of a product or sphere of employment. The purpose of the article is the study of labor in the context of the reform of public relations. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The author defines modern problems of the theory and practice of job evaluation, the generated directions for the improvement of Humanities research on the development and implementation of a new methodology of cost. Practical value. It was determined that the improvement of theory and performance evaluation will enhance the role of intellectuals in the socialization of society, the development of social and labor relations, improve the policy of commercialization of public goods.
