Work of medical science students in confronting dengue

Abstract
La enfermedad arboviral más frecuente a nivel mundial y que supone una enorme carga socioeconómica en cualquier paÃs, es el dengue. La infección es causada por el virus del dengue, transmitido por mosquitos del género Aedes, principalmente el Aedes aegypti, capaz de picar varias personas en un corto perÃodo de tiempo y capaces de reproducirse en varios tipos de recipientes hechos por humanos que recogen agua.
