WORLD EXPERIENCE OF THE VENTURE FINANCING AS A MODERN FORM OF INVESTMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the world experience in venture financing and the condition of venture capital market. The basic trends in the US, European and Ukrainian venture capital markets were analyzed. In the article were made conclusions regarding the conformity of Ukrainian venture financing to the global trends. The study provides recommendations how to encourage the development of venture financing in Ukraine.
