World tendencies of budgetary financing of social defence of population and possibility of their use in Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the experience of foreign countries in relation to financing of social defence of population due to money of budgets of different levels is considered. The most widespread world models of the social state are distinguished and described, and also grouping of countries-members of EU after priority of charges on social defence of population is carried out. The attention is accented on the key aspects of the budgetary financing of social defence populations in foreign countries, that can be effectively used in home practice.
