Abstract
This article aims at presenting of influence the legal concepts of Prof. Eugeniusz Waśkowski on Polish modern civil procedure’s doctrine. It focuses three main areas: the importance of the very first Polish handbooks and systems written by Waśkowski, some articles of this author concerning crucial procedural issues and finally the variety of interests of Waskowski in his research in legal studies.<br/><br/>
