Wpływ leczenia periodontologiczno-ortodontycznego na tkanki przyzębia zębów siecznych szczęki w ocenie klinicznej

Abstract
Cel pracy: oceniono wpływ leczenia periodontologiczno-ortodontycznego na wybrane parametry kliniczne tkanek przyzębia zębów siecznych szczęki. Do oceny stanu tkanek przyzębia wykorzystano: głębokość kieszonek przyzębnych, kliniczną utratę przyczepu łącznotkankowego. Materiał i metody: badania wykonano w grupie 29 dorosłych pacjentów z rozpoznanym przewlekłym zapaleniem przyzębia i obecnością migracji zębów siecznych szczęki wraz z towarzyszącymi im pionowymi ubytkami kostnymi. Pacjenci zostali poddani kompleksowej terapii periodontologiczno-ortodontycznej. W fazie periodontologicznej wykonywano zabiegi chirurgiczne z wypełnieniem ubytków kostnych materiałem ksenogennym (BioOss®). Następnie rozpoczynano leczenie ortodontyczne z użyciem stałych aparatów. Wyniki: uzyskano istotne zmniejszenie wartości średniej głębokości kieszonek przyzębnych oraz istotną odbudowę przyczepu łącznotkankowego przy przyśrodkowych zębach siecznych szczęki. Uzyskana poprawa estetyki uzębienia wynikała z przywrócenia prawidłowego ustawienia zębów w łuku i znamiennej odbudowy centralnej brodawki międzyzębowej.
