Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy niepewności pomiaru wybranych cech obiektu obrazu cyfrowego. Wyznaczono graniczne wartości parametrów dyskretyzacji przedziałowej i na ich podstawie określono zakresy niepewności. Przedstawiono funkcję gęstości rozkładu zmiennej losowej oraz wybrane estymatory niepewności pomiaru obiektów.
