Wpływ warunków agroekologicznych na jakość i skład chemiczny ziarna zbóż [Quality and chemical composition of cereal grains in different agro-ecological conditions]

Abstract
The paper shows the influence of agro-ecological conditions on quality and chemical composition of cereal grains. It has been shown that these characteristics depend on the interaction of genotype, the agro-ecological and agronomic treatments. In the agro-ecological factors, the most important role is attributed to soil conditions and rainfall-thermal, while the agronomic factors nitrogen fertilization, crop rotation and chemical plant protection. Dry and sunny weather during the growing season are conducive to the accumulation of protein and gluten in wheat grain and cool and damp higher density and better alignment of the grain. Nitrogen fertilization increases the content of protein and gluten in the grain, but high doses of nitrogen lowered its quality. Ploughless tillage in cereal grains decreased content of phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), iron (Fe) and copper (Cu), relative to the plough tillage. Wheat grain harvested from the crop rotation has more phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) than that of the monoculture.
