WSPÓŁCZESNE ROZUMIENIE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA, ZAGROŻEŃ I OBRONNOŚCI

Abstract
W artykule podjęto próbę zdefiniowania pojęcia bezpieczeństwa w sensie generalnym. Autor porusza problematykę związaną z dualizmem tego zagadnienia – z jednej strony jest to bezpieczeństwo państwa – którego kryterium stanowi suwerenność, z drugiej bezpieczeństwo grupy społecznej – utożsamiane z zachowaniem tożsamości.Czynniki te powodują, iż w realiach dzisiejszej rzeczywistości należy ponownie redefiniować pojęcie bezpieczeństwa oraz wskazówek metodologicznych, niezbędnych do analizy wspomnianej problematyki.Artykuł definiuje oraz klasyfikuje występujące we współczesnym świecie zagrożenia, ponieważ analizując problem bezpieczeństwa, nie można zapomnieć, iż powinno być ono rozpatrywane w perspektywie zagrożeń i wyzwań oraz szans sprostania im jak najmniejszym kosztem.
