Wykonywanie zadań publicznych w jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego

Abstract

The following article presents the problem of tasks performance in local government units at community, county and self-government province level. It presents the scope of own and delegated tasks in the above-mentioned units and organizational-legal form for performed tasks. The own tasks follow from provisions of appropriate resolutions or agreements.
