Abstract
Artykuł podejmuje zagadnienie wzorów kulturowych: przedstawia ich istotę oraz podkreśla znaczenie dla funkcjonowania i rozwoju organizacji. Prowadzone rozważania koncentrują się wokół dominujących oraz pożądanych wzorów kulturowych, jak również sposobów ich kształtowania i rozwoju. Podstawę rozważań stanowią wyniki badań empirycznych. Pozwalają one wnioskować o kierunkach rozwoju sfery kulturowej w organizacjach.
